Seems pretty simple. If a law firm can’t communicate effectively, they can’t win cases.
If they can communicate effectively, they are more effective in every dimension– in the courtroom, in getting more cases, in advertising, everywhere.
If you had a lawyer before a judge who hemmed and hawed and ummed all the time, the jury and the opposing council would make their lawyers look stupid, because they are halfway there already.
If the lawyer can speak coherently, then they are not only making more sense to a jury or judge, but they’re also more likely to win cases BECAUSE they’re making sense.
Additionally, who are you going to select to represent you? Someone who is unable to communicate with you or someone who makes perfect sense?

Good communication skills are important in any job.
They allow the job to be completed quicker and more efficiently. They prevent misunderstandings and errors occurring. Good communication allows people to trust in your abilities.
Bad communication causes misunderstanding, errors, frustration, and can lead to conflict with customers or other employees. Ultimately, bad communication means that the job will take longer and the results may not be as accurate or as good as they should be. Poor communication skills leads to people having a poor or inaccurate idea of your abilities and your efficiency.

This sounds like homework to me. Are you aware that we don’t do homework here? It is an unspoken rule.
