How To Transfer Data From Computer To Laptop?
I am getting rid of my computer and buying a laptop. There are so many songs and photos that i need to transfer over to the laptop. Is there a quick way of doing this that doesn’t involve going between the 2 with a memory stick – this would take forever.

just connect the two computers with your ethernet cable and use the file and settings transfer wizard.

The Best way for transfering Data between 2 Computer is to do LAN Networking. Bluetooth will also do but it got only low transferring connectivity.
you can also try by Removing your Computer Hard Disk(HD) and then make it as an External HD(need to buy the case though) and then connect it to your laptop as an USB Device.(much more convenient! )
if you need to use internet for this, you can upload all files to a server and then download it to your laptop.
anyway, that is a bad option, try to connect using lan wires to form a network,so that you can easily do anything…http://www.techtipsmaster.com is a site where you can add you ideas,u can comment on all posts, create your innovations, meet valuable coolest hacking tech tips, windows xp and vista hacks, linux hacks, tricks in wordpress, bloggers, widgets, rankings, page rank and in every fields of technology
You may consider buying an external hard drive, prices vary. It is capable of storing more than a typical USB flash drive, not to mention the time going back and forth transferring files. Also, it serves as a good back-up for important files and whatnot.
You could upload to free sever and then download them your laptop.
If your desktop as router, then it is even easier. Access the desktop using a laptop via the router and simply transfer the files.
PC Mover programme. You can transfer files easily and quickly with this product.http://www.laplink.com/pcmover/
You can also use USB cable to do that. Its easier and best way and works faster in most of the cases.
