How Can I Convert A Tif File To A Pdf Or Jpg File?

I have a document scanned in using Microsoft Office Document Imaging which is a tif file. This program will only save documents as tif or mdi files. I would rather if the program saved files as jpeg or jpg to start with. Anyway, how can I convert a tif file into something more useable as none of my software – paint shop pro or ms paint can open a tif file?

open it in Photoshop or GIMP photo editor (free download) and save it as .jpg

u can go to save as but save change it from a tif to a jpeg! try goin to properties and u should see somthin sayin tif, well, change dat to jpeg and set as default! dat is how!
