There was a FED-EX package delivered to me 2 days ago with 10 traveler’s checks for 500.00 a piece (with the Wells Fargo logo, and a authentic looking halogenic seal!) Where or who can I contact to see if they are real?

For one thing, if you don’t know why you’re receiving those travelers cheques, then their probably a scam.
Anyway when traveler’s cheques are issued the banks keep record of their serial numbers. Contact wells fargo to find out if they are legit. OH and i wouldn’t use a phone number on the cheque it may be fraudulent too.

I RECEIVED 5 $5OO TRAVELERS CHECKS IN THE MAIL AND I CALLED AMERICAN EXPRESS AT 1-800-525-7641. IF THE CHECKS ARE FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN AMERICAN EXPRESS. CALL THAT BANK AND GIVE THEM THE CHECK NUMBER. THEY WILL TELL YOU IF ITS REAL OR NOT.
